This is the routine that I used to practice back bending. Yoga wheel is a tool which it can assist you while you are practicing alone. Breathing is another factor that allow you to back bend forward as well as you know how to relax on the low back. My iliopsoas are tight and I need to stretch more on the iliopsoas
