[1] Seated Cross-Legged Hip Rotator Stretch [2] Standing Hamstring Stretch [3] V-Sit Stretch [4] Standing Quadriceps Stretch
[5] Standing Calf Stretch Deep and slow breathing and each position hold for 20-30seconds. Repeat 3-5times each side.
