Exercise with music based always fun and motivated. Song name is "Ride on Time - Garreth Maher club remix"

3 rounds for this track. The movement involved in walking plank, push up, double kick leg, single kick leg as well as isometric sit up for 20-30 sec in every round.

They are all doing well in this track. Happy with it.

My class for Pump FX will be held at Fitness X (Viva Mall, Cheras) at 810pm-910pm and Workout Studio (Old Klang Road) at 815pm-915pm.
