Workout Details:
1) 5 min Warm up
2) We are repeating these 4 exercises in 4 rounds. 60 seconds for each exercise, record down the rep you have been done and there is not need to rush and do it decent, try do it as many rep as you can, take it easy and this is the way to grow your strength.
3) 5-10 min Warm down + Stretching
Wanna know your heart rate analysis during the workout? Surely you need a heart rate sensor to trace it. There are many type of brand are selling in the market nowadays, for example Suunto, Garmin, Samsung Gear, Polar, Wahoo and so on. I would prefer Wahoo TICKR rather than others after I have had done a little research. Nothing much better than the price, I know it is kinda stingy but this is not the only reasons, Wahoo App also can sharing the raw data to almost 30 apps such as Strava, Nike Run App, MyPalFitness, MapMyFitness, RunKeeper and other training app.
